This is going to be a fun blog about kung fu - and as you all know kung fu (aka Gung Fu) has many different styles and training methods. I first learned about kung fu from a friend of mine. He had been training in kung fu San Soo from one of the youngest Masters named Steve Gregoire. Once I met this instructor I had to learn this system.
